St Leo Tree Liturgy & Prayer

Liturgy "is the summit towards which the activity of the Church is directed; at the same time, it is the fount from which all her power flows" (Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy, #14).

Prayer "is a surge of the heart; it is a simple look turned toward heaven, it is a cry of recognition and of love, embracing both trial and joy (Catechism of the Catholic Church, #2558).
